We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with recording.  Please make sure that you are using Google Chrome on a desktop computer or a laptop.  If you are using an external microphone, we suggest that you try another microphone to ensure that it is not a hardware issue. 

If you have satisfied all the hardware requirements but are still having recording issues, please try to:

A) Reset your browser's cache

B) Enable your microphone on Google Chrome

Step One

Click on the Microphone icon on the top right corner of your screen, as shown below:

Select the first option, as shown below, to allow E2School to access your microphone:

Alternatively, you can change your Google Chrome microphone setting by following these steps.

C) Uploading SpeakingLab assessments manually
