If you are unhappy with your course purchase and would like to cancel your course and receive a refund, we will need to assess your history before we can confirm this is possible. If you have used any of the resources you paid for, we would not usually offer a refund, much the same as a retail returns policy that does not apply to an item that has been used.


However, if you purchased in the last 10 days and have not used any resources, we can offer a refund, although an administration fee may apply.
